We are already working on getting the Library rewards and missing Library Pass rewards mailed out.
A TLDR;
I expect players who had any Library rewards marked as already collected upon updating, will get those rewards mailed out.
And anyone who has purchased the Library Pass will also get the missing bonus rewards, as well as the missing Star Stones and Imperial Deeds.
I am just waiting to hear back from the team to confirm any sort of ETA. At the moment it is just by the end of the week.
