This is utterly bad gamedesign lattern-wise. Since it doubles the dragon’s loot, noone will use it for moving. And without that you only have 7+15=22 daily steps or 154 rooms covered by the week within 350±50 rooms in total.
Chances to get to the last dragon when spending 300 gems daily for extra moves are still low, just as a perfect run.
Overall this mode does look promising if you only use it to get 2x ID and 2x Epic vault keys ‘for free’ getting to the 2nd dragon by the end of the week.
Don’t think the final room’s reward will be worthy 2100 gems, waiting for it.
Strange, I can read everything without my glasses.
Spending 50 gems each day just this week to see how far I would get by average. Probably not worth the 350 gems unless you get 2 deeds once since the merchant sells them for 250 individually.
around 1000 gems are needed per week in order to finish the underspire, good job fellas, good job
I rather keep my gems for dungeon offers and (starry) pets then. Occasionally for a regular event where my guild needs them. That’s it.
Unfortunately the Underspire itself is the best part of this update. Everything else is just poorly delivered and obviously trying to either get as much money as possible from the players as long as they’re still playing or “forcing” them to leave, most likely to Puzzle Quest 3 (which I certainly won’t).
If devs want to eff us over, please at least provide some lube …
That’s literally what I said.
I don’t have an issue with seeing when it’s ready. That’s impossible to miss to the point of it being annoying. It’s difficult when it’s (for example) 2/10 in small numbers on a colorful background.
Yeah, you are right.
I just thought devs would care. Won’t make this mistake again.
I’ve been asked by many members of our guild family to write here that new design is absolutely awful. Now I can tell them that I’ve done this, but noone in charge cares.
Lucky you. I’m sure many people can. But sadly there are also many people who can’t.
I’m in the middle. I can see it all with glasses but it’s not fun.
Speaking of Shiny Troops.
A filter for searchint the eligible shiny troops would be helpful. To plan and check what are the better ones to make shiny
I have somewhat limited vision. The background washed out color on the card spell description is like trying to read with the light off and colors are literally nauseating. The mana and troop stats blend in with the card instead of standing out, so I had a huge headache last night after playing the game for an hour on Xbox. On iOS and phone the stat fonts are almost impossible to see. I’ve been playing for 6 years on 2 accounts. But the card change is very likely to be an insurmountable issue for me, and I am seeing similar complaints from hundreds on discord and here.
The card rework was not well thought out. Done To help new players who got confused about mana stats? I’m not buying that. You need brains to strategize and win the upper level games and delves. Someone who can’t figure out how to track mana stats isn’t gonna last very long playing the game no matter what you do. No rocket scientist needed to figure that out either.
the 5th one dropped 20 cursed runes and 2 minor orbs of acension, did use a lantern though so for people who use torches its likely 10 cursed runes and 1 minor orb of acension. 6th one dropped (with lantern) 2 orbs of chaos (small) and 2 major orbs of glory. 7th one dropped (with lantern) 100 dragonite and 2 small minion orbs. As for dragons 1-4 I got the same rewards as in Lyrian’s post
This right here is the reply I was looking for, UI is so hard to read on mobile, I can’t even read the card numbers.
A question… why is everything in this update so tiny?
(look at HKI’s attack and armor).
Do the status effects really need to overlap? barrier on the armor shield overlaps with the armor number.
I literally hate absolutely everything about this update, it’s literally the last straw. So hard to see anything in the game.
I will be a jerk. This UI IS AWFUL! If it had actually been tested in real world scenarios, it would not have passed.
I wear glasses for my computer. Nothing else. Don’t need for driving. Don’t need for reading. But now, I have to stand 3 feet from my 55" screen to see anything in battles in GoW. Something is WRONG!
I also won’t be standing for hours playing this game…
if it weren’t for this week being GW, I’d just skip this game until it was fixed. This can’t stay.
I can’t even speak about the rest of the update… the UI makes it difficult just to get done what I need to get done for the day rather than go out explore.
Xbox Series X- playing on a 55" and a 65"- same results.
All I want to say is, I hope that the weekend will now forever remain free from the guild event. I am very glad that the Raid and Invasion will become weekly again. I and many guild members absolutely did not like wars with 3 events: war, world event and raid/invasion for the weekend. Every time you have to persuade the players to finish their attempts, although you still need to play the war and the world event. Everyone was very tired and all the events began to take too much time. In addition, they require too many attempts, and in many guilds, after a large outflow of players since the beginning of the year, there are now 27-29 players and you have to finish playing for others.
Dev, it’s time for you to think about reducing the workload on players. You have created too many events and it all takes much more time than in 2017, when I started playing. At the same time, more and more. The main audience of the game is adult players who have jobs and things to do. On weekends I want to relax, but we have to work in the game. The campaign takes an hour and it’s absolutely not great that you can’t change tasks anymore. There’s always pvp, which takes an hour of play per week. The events of the game already take up more free time per week than a person has, if you exclude sleep and work.
On Tuesday, faction that takes 5-6 hours in a row!! On Wednesday, pet rescue for 6 minutes. Why can’t we make a faction for 2-3 days? Everyone will be happy. I’ve never even tried to pass a faction on a Tuesday. Why we need to play 50 absolutely identical levels. This is a test of patience, not skill. Who is ready to play 6 hours in a row without a break.
It looks like it stays there for the duration
Dear Dog, I hate the new troop visuals with the heat of a billion suns. It gives me a headache. Not only that, it’s a solution in desperate search of a problem.
I feel strongly reminded today, why I miss the concept of physical game releases on disk, cartridge or CD. Once you got them written and shipped, they’ll remain how they are, bugs and everything included, so as a customer I know what I will end up with, today as well as in ten years.
… I think, I’d actually pay ten euro or so for a discount bin release of an early day version (let’s say late 2015 to mid 2017) of the game, if I can be sure, that you won’t mess with it anymore.
