I think it’s simpler. They increased the chances that when you find a gnome (rare event) it is a cursed gnome, from maybe 1% to 3%

Maybe they buffed the appearance rate of Treasure Gnome instead of Cursed Gnome by accident? There’s been radio silence all week, which usually means they realized they’ve messed up something huge.

Couple thousand matches now without a cursed gnome. I think the boost is bugged

That means you are frikkin lucky.
Done 1100 explore 12 fights and so far I still have to meet the first cursed gnome 
you’re very lucky, i did 250 battles today and no cursed gnome today…
I finally found a Cursed gnome on the 4th day. Last time I saw one was Thursday.

Oh ! How weird … The beta testers agree with the devs! It is certain, that they will not contradict them!
They will never admit that there is a problem with the appearance of the cursed gnome! I’ve been shutting down for more than 6 hours, I meet all the gnomes except the one in question !!!
But we are not going to contradict the devs and beta testers, they are cursed gnomes everywhere, even in the treasure map !!!

we’re all cursed. 
the overall rate of findings is low! during vault it was still low, but way better compared to since after vault.
but finding none leads to the conclusion that you either don’t play much or you don’t win many matches or that you play gamemodes where cursed gnomes don’t have a chance of appearing. maybe you can provide better data than “I no can find cursed gnomers”.

I for example know where those gnomes supposedly are to be found and played those modes (and won, of course).
Over the 14 days of boosted chances I surely played explore at least 30 minutes per day, so at least 7h with no cursed gnome.
That’s probably very unlucky.
I got what I got from GaPs. Eventually, I’m sure, I’ll find a cursed gnome in the wild. I’m just not trying to specifically hunt them.

I have found 2-3 at least since they ended the boosted chance but it took a lot of grinding. Doing a lot of explore grinding for class levels right now.
