We have a soft requirement of weekly 1M gold donation and all guild event participation.
We are quite a relaxed guild but we somehow managed to complete all guild tasks and claim all rewards from the guild event every week. The only exception so far was the Journey Event, which we only managed to claim 12/16 rewards.
