UNCOLLECTED GUILD SEALSIf you earned Guild Seals on a given week, and the week ends before you have collected them, they’ll be mailed out to you (so you can’t stack guild seals for collection from week to week, but you never lose any that you’ve earned)

I understand this to mean that you’ll be at 0/1500 after getting the mail on Monday.
