Just had the same thing happen to me this morning 
Tier 14 rewards, but I’m def Tier 1 for almost 24 hours. Before that I think I was sitting on Tier 8 for a bit, but haven’t been 14 since about an hour after the update.

Also got reward for tier 14 instead of 1.
I guess it’s just reversed or something since player below rank 7 reported getting better rewards than they should… If I had known, I’d have waited for tomorrow to get to rank 1 !
As redundant as it is, i also got tier 14 rewards as a tier 1
I got 16 glory and 250 gold as a reward just this morning, even though I never played PvP to begin with. Do daily rewards now give glory as well as gold? I remember getting 16 glory for rank 1 in 1.9, didn’t know it was changed. 
Btw, entering Arena still causes a BSoD for me. 
That is caused by split damage. Happened also with my Hydra.
Yeah, I believe it’s still bugged.

I feel like I’m watching a zombie movie and I’m really upset that folks haven’t figured out they’re facing zombies.

This need to fix.

Thanks for getting this on video! This looks like the same problem I’m seeing with my Keeper of Souls, Valk, Infernal King, Giant Spider team. Sometimes Infernal King’s spell causes my first troop to go hit all the enemies (instead of the little split damage sparkle), often leaving an unkillable ghost. Cost me 6 matches so far since 2.0 came out. Tends to happen to enemies in slot 2 and 3 though. Haven’t seen it happen to an enemy troop in slot 1 yet.
Just took my 2nd loss in arena because of a “Ghost Troop” but I also was using Dust Devil which seems to activate this even more.
Quite the Opposite here. I’m Tier 14 and I’m getting Tier 1 rewards.
And my pvp battles still aren’t counting my trophies properly in my stats in guild roster. I do not wish to be kicked from my guild!!!
So I have a new issue. I’m not receiving glory or souls from victories or tier rewards from pvp. I played about 15 matches, won quite a few and but noticed I received no glory or souls once I left it. I still receive glory from common chests however. I would attached images, but I can only attach 1 image so I can’t really show that much with 1 picture. Not really sure if the issue is new (didn’t find much that was recent from google searches). Hopefully this is fixable? I can’t really play pvp in the mean time which really limits the way I play the game since my guys are fairly underleveled and fighting in kingdoms puts my level 4s vs level 16-20s AI currently.
Another bug:
On Rank page one of my opponents is ranked 101, but on the leaders page he is standing on 5. I am certain it is the same person as level and guild do match.
To add:
He is listed as rival and revenge. Might it be the cause that when he attacked me, he was ranked 101?
