I believe it should be, as we now have the 2.1 known issue thread.
Steam version on a PC.
Explore mode on Drifting Sands.
No green gems on the board at all - I had just Astral Spirit removed them.
Madrid cast its ability on my Valkerie (Astral, Valk, Astral, Astral).
Valkerie got entangled.
Repeated with 9 green gems. Appears the 1.9 bug is still with us.
