Hello there. Since around 10 days ago (I guess update 8.5) I started to experience pop up messages on my xbox game like below:

There was an error trying to redeem a purchase with error code: 800706BA. Go to Settings → Account → Check purchases to try again. if that fails. please contact customer support.
I go there and to that and it just pops up the same set of errors (around 7 times).
The only thing I notice that I’m missing is the card “The Cattauri King” which was very useful last week. But not sure waht other thing could be happening wrong.
Do you leave Gems of War running in the background while you play other games?
And do you completely turn off your console when you aren’t using it, or is it just in sleep mode?

Gems of War is “Quick Resume” compatible so it tries to do that.
I turn off my console when no using it.
I own two consoles, Series X and Series S and the problem it’s the same no matter where I play it.
Can you not use quick resume, and actually close out of Gems of War completely when not playing and let me know if it continues..
Or disable that option for Gems of War.
Also, it will be the same anywhere, if all consoles are also not being shut down fully and/or Gems of War is left to run in the background.
I have been using the game in the same way since I own the series S (three years perhaps ?) and this purchases issue popped up 10 days ago, so I’m not sure if they are truly related
