What is wrong with Queen Mab's 3rd trait?

It’s a bug, which was reported previously:

What you were expecting to happen, and what actually happened? My Valk was the only troop frozen and I cast her spell to give my EK blue mana so I could take care of the filled enemy Mab. But once I cast Valk my Death got frozen and I lost my turn. What are the steps to make it happen again? This bug is a bit tricky to recreate, but it seems to happen when Valk is frozen and then cast it to create 4+ blue mana matches, while you have blue mana troops.
