[Not a bug] Switch does not get rewards like other platforms, why?

What you were expecting to happen, and what actually happened:
Now that the update finally arrived at Switch, I have a question:
Why is there no Khaziel kingdom xp in ToD rewards and also no earth crystals, PC have it!
Will the devs mail them to every Switch Player, we want compensation.
And PC also have 500 Khaziel kingdom xp in ToD Shop VI, Switch ofc not!

How often does this happen? When did it begin happening?
This happens almost every update!
Switch Players are always at disadvantage.

I could be wrong, but the guild tier VI and guild rewards from the event updates after weekly reset.

For us on the PC/Steam, we updated during the Invasion event and the new kingdom XP rewards only showed up during this week’s ToD.

^ it is exactly this.

If after weekly reset they haven’t updated, then there is an issue.

If the Campaign has the new rewards, but the weekly event has none, then there are no issues.
