I started out playing Underspire around a year ago, and back then the rate of getting a Sentinel was one about every 3rd week for me. Then it all drastically changed after a patch, I forgot which one. But even back when I got one sentinel every 3rd week it felt low, so it is both fascinating and incredible if the drop rates got lowered “even” more. Which seems like could the case according to all the reports on the forum.

It took me from 23/10/23 to 14/6/25 to collect all six, and I played all the rooms every week

Then you are one of the lucky players, that found Sentinels above average. Most others I know including myself found less. 
Sentinels are certainly not the most important reason to play underspire, just a small bonus. There are tokens, orbs of glory, crystals, kingdom xp, dragonite and other orbs to earn.
Fyi, I have lots of copies of every sentinel (at least 20 in total). Caught one or two this summer. So has my partner (at least 15 in total).

Well I put in the effort and gems since their introduction 3 years ago, you’ve only been at it for 1 year.
Ive got 8 6 yellow and 2 blue. The sentinels and the way they’ve gone about it is an absolute disgraceful. Devs dont give a hoot though, just keep pumping out the passes. Maybe they should do a sentinel pass

After all the years. I have 2 yellow, 2 green, 2 brown, 2 purple, 0 of the other 2. I buy 2 levels every week each day. 1 week I had 3 drops. So 5 all the other weeks.
I’ve spent 1500 gems each week for 3 years and got 8 Sentinels in total with 5 different colours. That’s why I’m not continuing spending that much every week …
Just got that. What a joke this is. 6 yellow and 3 blue. Literally the only colour I can get. What a piss take
First one ive seen in months and its a dupe. Really bloody annoying this is how long have we asked for dupe protection? 9 sentinels and only 2 colour’s. What a joke
