Any Updates on the missing vp points from the conversation?
VP from icons when there is a transition to a new season is not added to the VP for that week. They still count towards alliance rankings and in the shop. This is nothing new and appears to be intended.
Ok thank you.
For the colored PvP kingdoms I use Stella instead of the kingdom’s immortal. With grinding Astral Spire (with some money) I got the damage to be 212 per troop and I still have more +magic left to pick up in Astral Spire.
Asbjorn the Mountain is the 6th Mythic for Stormheim and the 3rd! Mythic with Blue/Yellow/Brown in Stormheim. Why?
Just a little annoying.. There’s so much room to do things, but instead there’s 5 Mythics in the Kingdom with Blue and Brown. ![]()
Glacial Peaks has the same issue…![]()
And Asbjorn The Mountain kinda sucks now that they took away his additional effect to explode all
gems. (Which was completely unnecessary).
A little bit of Common Sense can go a long way, but the devs are probably just spinning a roulette wheel to determine the mana colors and traits of troops anyway…
If you believe the spoilers available at sites like the Taranium, Broken Spire will have join the same issue later this year. They’re scheduled to get a third brown-purple-red mythic in mid-September.
I don’t think it’s this. I suspect that they’re picking colors that they believe make sense within the context of the particular kingdom and its other constituent troops. Or to encourage players to not just throw three different mythics into the same kingdom-based team because they’ll mana-block one another.
Along those lines, I can understand why brown/red/something makes sense for Broken Spire, even as the kingdom banner is BLUE/brown. But rather than have three mythics who are red/brown/purple, why not make the other two red/brown/something-else?
Careful. Broken Spire is the “default” kingdom, and this far out there’s no way to know for sure. ![]()

The spoilers over at Taranium have a comprehensive description of the mythic in question, not the usual “placeholder” data. It’s not listed as a Red troop with a mana cost of 3, a troop type to be named later, and spell/traits TBD.
Yes, there’s ample room for the developers to screw around with it, especially when the prospective release date is five months out. The spell itself already looks rather mediocre, which is par for the course where campaign mythics are concerned. If the developers are good at anything, it’s taking a troop that looks “meh” to the rest of us in the spoilers and subsuquently nerfing it into mediocrity or even sub-mediocrity shortly before release.
But there is enough information already there such that I have a fair amount of confidence in my claim.
