I agree it isnt on the level of a troop getting the masses insta banned, BUT to someone like me who plays every single day and isnt anywhere near having a single Stella yet even loosing 3 chances at Dungeon or I can’t buy and Dragonite for 3 days so far it’s pretty game breaking for me. Im sure if I was able to do unlimited Dungeon runs instead for 3 days it would have been handled day one. I know I am in the minority of needing dragonite, but I assure you it hasn’t been a lack of effort on my part

With the new dragons incoming, this is a problem for mostly everyone and should be a priority. Even for me that has 4x Stella but no Khafru yet, which I need the diamond offers for. Especially for 3x Khafru, that’s 12.000 diamonds. And probably 6K - 10K Dragonite at best for a whole set …

I have suggested a couple of people that had dungeon as part of their daily progress for the experience boost to “submit a request” with screenshots, I feel that this is a legit reason
There is no need to send in tickets, as we are already investigating the issue, and compensation would be sent out to all XBOX players

what about the extra experience from the boost that many could not complete too?
They will probably send out 50 of each item that you could have gotten from completing Dungeons. Or just 50 Gems lol.

Me too, this is going on forever long
4 days, including a Sunday. that’s a lot of Diamonds and Jewels (and maybe Dragonnite) to be missing out. Soon to be Day 5
Now when I want to quit out the game I just click on Dungeons, it’s faster

It seems to be fixed now. The compensation will tell me how they really feel about us. This latest failure was such an embarrassment to the gems community. In no shape or form, are these bugs and overall stability of the game acceptable. The gems community deserves better.

A fix was released late last night, so posts were made before I got a chance to share an update this morning.
We will be working on compensation as soon as we can, and sending that out to all XBOX players.
Okay, I played Dungeon successfully today on Xbox. Then I did three Explore runs and got zero kingdom battlecrashers. Did the fix for Dungeon maybe break kingdom battlecrashers? Or is RNGesus just really spurning me today?
Edit: Fourth Explore run had two gnomes but still no Cattauri Kings. Battlecrashers still happen, but not kingdom battlecrashers.
The data for the fix in no way connected to battlecrashers from the Kingdom Pass event or Explore battles.
That’s definitely just some bad RNG. I’ve been farming Battlecrashers too and have definitely experienced multiple “dry spells” of 2+ runs with none appearing, but eventually they do show up.
Anyone seen any compensation for this yet as I can’t remember seeing it myself but may have missed it. It’s not like it’s difficult, just give everyone all lvl 20 battle rewards for the 4 missed days plus dragonite.
