I hope we will hear more soon and that it is possible to reset the database to the settings it had after the last GW and ignore the results from the recent one.

They need to go back to the ELO results previous guild wars and add that to correct everything. We already have lost one entire guild wars for our guild ranking due to incorrect ELO, now it’s everyone with another.

My Daily War Reward for the final day says this, problematic parts highlighted:
I guess this is a side effect of the broken ELO scores.
Should our guild members individually open a ticket to receive the missing rewards, is one ticket for the whole guild enough or will this all get properly compensated without further work from our side?
Edit: Collected the rewards, the morale bonus got fully applied. Also checked inventory, everything got fully credited. This one really seems to just be a display issue on the Daily War Reward screen.

Same here.
I had collected my goldmarks before I read the previous message and checked the menu. And I’m almost sure that I received 100 goldmarks, as for the previous 3 days of this GW.
My guess is that this will be our generous reward for the next GW if the “visual issue” isn’t fixed.
UPD: a few fellow players confirm receiving 100 goldmarks (na rasslabone) and 110 goldmarks (na rass SOL).

Same for our guild, we earned 63 Gold Marks on the victorious days for the morale bonus, now it is displayed 40 Gold Marks. The refund of the missing rewards in the mailbox must be done on the basis of what was displayed during the 4 days of GW, there is no way that this will be done on the basis of the new display. It is not for the small gap between the two versions, but it is for the respect of the players, I am curious to know what we will receive this week, if we are lucky that the refund is still done this week, because on the last GW the refund was very complicated to obtain, deadlines not respected.

Quick update, this one only seems to be a display issue on the Daily War Reward screen. I’ve collected the rewards, everything ended up properly within my inventory.

We had to wait for the event to end completely, I am waiting for a reply if a fix has since gone out but I don’t know if I will have answer before I finish for the day

A fix for the ELO issue was pushed out on Friday after I had finished for the day, so Guilds show now have the correct ELO, and the calculations have also been updated from the last GW based on the correct Guild ELO values.

Matchmaking was really all over the place last guild war.
And the results count!?
Please tell me I am wrong, cause my strong opinion is that results from last guild war should be discarded.

And is the ranking and rating correct now?
The guild I am in lost 3 ranking points and also 3 ranks, that feels off.
