Options not visible when Angel/Demon/etc pop up

What you were expecting to happen, and what actually happened:
When the Angel/Demon things pop up during a Delve I cannot see the options.

How often does this happen? When did it begin happening?
This has been happening for a few days (possibly since the 9.0 update). Hard to say since it is a random chance. But it happens every time one pops up.

Steps to make it happen again
Just need one of them to pop up. So I cannot force it.

It doesn’t happen to the merchant, only to the angels and demons.

It does happen with the merchant, but you can tell what he’s offering from the images. The confirmation message also tells you what it is.
