New Hero Class: Plaguelord

Let’s amplify this signal a bit, since (if true) it needs to be fixed ASAP: the final upgrade of Plaguelord’s class weapon appears to be bugged.

(Fixed in 4.3.5) Plaguelord also has wrong Mastery

This is accurate and clearly the bigger problem. I’ve never seen this not transform.
