Just like Eika, I was able to complete it and get my rewards.
It’s always been 16 books as far as I can recall.
I vaguely recall there was one a few years ago that the books were for the secondary color. I could be thinking of something else.

Everything is normal on NS! Graphics are normal as well.
Appreciate it! Maybe it’s possible to query the db for players who have completed all the Legends Reborn battles (if that level of granularity is available) but still have no copies of Explorer’s Hare and send out the 31 copies via mail? Not sure if it’s the cleanest solution, but might be easier than dealing with a bunch of support tickets
Is the busted pet art still happening for anyone?
If it is, can you let me know if you have all art downloaded from settings or if you redownload all assets, does it still happen?
It should only be happening on mobile. Whereas the issue with missing end rewards (which now has it’s own thread) is happening on various platforms inconsistently.

Think the team might work on getting a new art build out at some point to fix that visual issue, but they are deep in some other work at the moment

Still the three pets have the same artwork, and are all from pan’s vale (probably that last is intended).
Feels like the artwork was not ready in time due to whatever reason, and this was an emergency solution?
All of the 3 are the wrong artwork. Piper is a child wild folk.
It rolled out on most platforms just fine. Time wasn’t the issue.
Maybe coding fault or something, but the artwork was there, at least.

This has been reported to the team already, appears to have been a bad art build. Not sure if it will be resolved in the upcoming hotfix or if it will be fixed in 9.2
