Q. Do weekly event bonuses apply to guild wars?
A. Unknown at this time. However my assumption is that they will, based on this quote from Sirrian. But this is pure speculation though.

in every respect, a Guild War battle counts as a ranked PvP Battle… you’ll get trophies, glory & pvp points, and lots of gold for competing…
