The battle against Kurandara will only appear after the player wins 4 of the other battles. However, his battle will not hang around; if you don’t fight him immediately, he vanishes!
Kurandara stuck around like a sore thumb. After many cycles, Kurandara was triggered after battle 39. He appeared for battle 40 (ignored), 41 (ignored), 42 (ignored) … but by battle 45, was the only thing left on the map (as pictured).
How often does this happen? When did it begin happening?
Since battle 41 in the Black and White Magic event, until the map lost the plot.

I know of another person who hit this problem far earlier, at 415 points. So it looks like it’s related to which spawn points have been flipped.
I just want to skip the Kurandara’s, why make it so hard?
