I believe it was the old popup from every previous new GW, when final day rewards were intended to be mailed out. It sounds like it may have failed to be removed, rather than a new one being implemented.

For players on console
if you hit the A on XBox (not sure of the others) then the win progress rewards can be claimed.
if anyone wants to try to claim prior to them being mailed out?
On the rewards screen now, Collect is greyed out. Pressing A on the purchase screen brings up a pop-up to spend $4.99 to buy the Guild Wars Medallion.
On the bright side, I see the next shiny is Crimson Bat

The win progress rewards are something else (rewards for X individual match wins), and they worked fine on console.
The issue here is just with the day 4 victory rewards button on the left-hand side of the screen. It showed up as green and collectible for 2 days, but there was no way to navigate the cursor over to it. It disappeared last reset and is now grayed out, and the mail should have gone out at that time.

I still haven’t received mine as well. Same guild as Raistlin who posted up above. So should be guild wide.

Nothing received on playstation either.
I was pretty sure it should have been received yesterday, but willing to accept that it would be mailed today, but nope. Still hasn’t been sent.
Dev studio is closed tomorrow (September 26) , then all weekend probably as usual.
Maybe next week then?

Still nothing here too. Probably next week, yeah.
Before the weekend, one of the devs resubmitted the reward data, so they should be coming through to players’ inboxes today.
I am just waiting for them to start for the day (because I start before everyone), so I can follow up if that did go out, and will automatically be mailed today sometime, or if it will rely on someone submitting the mail.
Update: It should be set up to release around or before weekly reset

Same issue as last month - popup on login stating victory (over wrong guild) and that rewards were sent to mailbox. No rewards received, and there’s no way to navigate to the button that claims them in the Guild Wars menu. I assume fixing that controller navigation requires a client update or something, but rewards will need to be manually sent out again.

Our uncollectable rewards are also showing the wrong amounts, about half what they should be.

Nemesis on playstation cannot collect the rewards either today.
We can enter the screen where to collect but cannot move over to the button to collect.

The bug and glitch riddled mode hasn’t sent out rewards again. Shocker eh? Precisely why I wont buy the medallion. Absolute incompetence once again
