[Not a bug] Incorrect orb received from Orb of Chaos

What you were expecting to happen, and what actually happened:
I was expecting to not receive an Orb of Ingots from an Orb of Chaos. According to the published loot table this isn’t supposed to happen, there’s only an Orb of Forging in there.

Also, the Italian translation may be borked.

How often does this happen? When did it begin happening?
New feature of update 6.7.

Steps to make it happen again
Open enough Chaos Orbs, compare result against published loot table.

That’s my bad, I missed Orb of Ingots from the article, fixing it now, it has a 10% chance.
I will double check both lists in the article to be sure.

Edit with update: Checked the article, only the Orb of Ingots was missing from the lists, sorry about that!
