Bored spreadsheet corner is still keeping track of the Soulforge Cycles and troops now that Taransworld is no more…
Current status of Mythic rotation:
I find it disappointing that Bahamata isn’t in the pool, as its PvP season ended on 10th March, and the rotation started 3 weeks later… there was enough time for it to enter the pool, and yet we are forced to sit out one more soulforge cycle waiting for it.
Kukulkan’s PvP season ended on 7 October 2024. It’s now July 2025, and we’re still waiting for it, and with 18+ weeks left in the rotation, we might have to wait for it until October-November 2025. That’s, potentially, over a year of waiting… With Bahamata: its season ended on 10 March 2025, it didn’t go into the pool last time according to the post, so it will enter the pool in November 2025, and from then, it can appear anytime between November 2025 and July 2026-ish. That’s potentially a year and 3 months. Who’s got that kind of patience?
At this point, the full soulforge cycle now lasts 32 weeks + however many additional weeks will be needed to cover the mythics added during the last rotation. Cutting it down to 12 would be AMAZING (which is why I think the devs will do all they can to stop it from happening, that’s probably too generous for them…). 32 weeks is excessive already, as there’s no set order within the rotation. So in worst case scenario, there can currently be 64+ weeks between appearances of a specific mythic. That’s over a year! During any soulforge cycle, we now get roughly 7 monthly mythics, 3 campaign mythics and 3 seasonal mythics - ~ 13 mythics, extending the rotation by 3-4 weeks every rotation. Something HAS to be done. We’ve stayed quiet because we were promised a solution by Kafka a while back, but NOTHING happened since then. Can we please please get a solution sooner than later…?
