What you were expecting to happen, and what actually happened:
After winning arena and buying a crystal offer (2 yellow crystals for 270 gems), the game is blocking : gems are spinning endlessly and nothing happens, even if I activate plane mode
How often does this happen? When did it begin happening?
It’s the third time it happens to me (after buying a crystal offer). If i shut down the game, the arena win is validated, but i don’t receive the offer. I don’t know if my gems are gone.
Steps to make it happen again
