Transformation does not count as a kill, yet earns the rewards for a defeated gnome. There is a certain chance, that those forms of escape are disconnected.

Exactly, there’s the inner quickplay and the further out you go more restrictions, so it will never be a case of just seeing the same teams everywhere. Now some regions will have certain obvious choices, but it’s going to be fun exploring all of this and seeing where it goes.
I do think there’s something to be said for restricting scoring in PvP everything when using multiples of a certain character, though - IMO that should score zero bonus points in GW for instance, when using 3 loopers to attack, in the same way it negates your defence bonus for not having unique troops.

An arena do-over would be nice to see… Seems to have become pretty out dated since gnome events were introduced. Even if they just changed the rewards system. At the minute the grind to reward is way out of balance.

I whole heartedly agree with arena and a quicker way to change medals or a way to fix them to a team builds, these should be on there to do list. Treasure hunt is still o.k imho not that i play it, but the gem grind is still o.k. If you need them.

I sure haven’t noticed in years of playing. Upgrading kingdoms - yes. Advancing underworld reknown - yes. Going up a hero level never changed gold per hour when it was displayed, as far as I saw.
Okie how can I show proof when gph has gone.
But anyone who’s played this game, and takes things in.
Each level your hero increases.
Increases your GPH by one gold per hour.

I think we need a British dev to control the colonies that run riot with no common sense tbh. .
they updated arena to the current version and rewards we have today - which is somehow even more crappy than before. the update to the current arena version since day1 meant for me whenever arena is the event you get a free (mostly) weekend, that was the best thing about the whole update. too much time and matches needed for complete underwhelming rewards. not worth your time at all.
before was also not ideal either, you basically used dawnbringer and whatever yellow troops you got offered as otherwise irrelevant boosters or directly retreated x2 and started all over until you got yellow troops offered for quick matches. but AI used real player attack teams to match against you, so worst case: AI played dawnbringer vs your dawnbringer and with a crap starting board it meant 50/50 chance for the match. which dawnbringer can cast first either wins the match or the match takes so long that it isn’t worth it anymore.
ways to fix arena:
- bury it altogether
- option to use hero/class/weapons again
- +9000% better rewards, f.e. deeds
otherwise dead gamemode.
Again it stands to question, why we need to be “rewarded” for something, that supposedly should be fun in itself.
Maybe because nothing here is fun anymore.
