I am playing PVP and the PVP defender indicator is going off after every PVP and I am presented with this screen (presented now 4 times)

I’ve had this happen twice to me since the Unity port. Seems to be caused by being in PvP at the time of a daily roll over. Restarting the game fixes it.

I think it’s the daily reward trigger, which makes the PvP icon blink with the notification, but clicking PvP doesn’t actually trigger the daily reset screens (bug).

Like Mithran said, rebooting the game fixes it, and the daily reward/reset screens will pop up.

I got it a few times too, and then I checked the stats, last time I had a loss… strange, as I got 0 and 0 on both counts.
