Lo primero que me gustaría es agradecer a todos el buen trabajo que están haciendo. Recordaros que no estamos en un regimen absolutista, todas las decisiones me gustaría que se tomasen en conjunto.
Una persona=un voto, independientemente del rango. El no votar supone el aceptar la decisión del resto.
Vamos a empezar a asignar rangos semanalmente.
Dependiendo del desempeño semanal se subirá o bajara el rango de cada jugador. Debemos tener presente que el número de plazas es limitado a cada rango, por lo que en caso de empate mantendrá la plaza el jugador que ya tenga el rango mayor.
Respecto al asunto de las expulsiones, pretendemos que el gremio esté lo mas vivo posible, por lo que al comprobar semanalmente el desempeño de cada jugador, los que no hayan colaborado nada causarán baja.
Si por cualquier razón, un miembro no vá a poder jugar durante un tiempo, solo tiene que avisarnos. Preferiblemente por el chat del propio juego.
No obstante si alguno quereis opinar al respecto, sientanse libres de expresarse.
Incluso si no estas de acuerdo con la parrafada que acabo de soltar.
