I’m on PS4 and chat is working for me, but what exactly are you experiencing? Is the chat box coming up and it isn’t connecting, is the game crashing when you try to open chat, or something else? ---

You can’t read it in the pic i took, but it says Global (none). I can’t chat there, but can guild chat ---

Glad to see the issue was resolved. Moved the topic under support in case anyone else has this issue in the future. ---
