# \[XBOX\] Connection Error 103. Xbox Live is down?

Unable to load the game for the entire evening, now.

I’m getting this:  
**SERVER ISSUES  
There is an issue connecting to the Gems of War servers. It may be an internet problem, or a server issue. Please be patient, and try again shortly.  
Please contact support. Error code: 0103**

[Downdetector.com](http://Downdetector.com) suggests that’s there’s been major issues with on-line gaming on XBox Live since 2 pm PST.

It appears to be a worldwide outage… with the servers in London experiencing the highest load break

I’m not having any issues with Xbox. I just loaded Gems and Forza Horizon 4 fine.
