# Wrong GW score - missing defense bonus

**What you were expecting to happen, and what actually happened?**  
Played GW, same monocolor of the day (red) as other guildmates. Got 4 wins and 1 loss. No troops lost in any of the 4 wins. Unique defense set, so with a 2k bonus, as showed in Defense screen.

Got only a total of about 5k points, as if bonus for defense hasn’t been added.

**What are the steps to make it happen again?**

I don’t know

Was your loss a normal loss, or a disconnect? I mention it because of another post on this where a DC in the first match seemed to not apply the defensive bonus points.

I have a theory that if you retreat from the first match. The defense points don’t register to your score. No matter what… The match has to be finished to get the defense points. I don’t know if that’s in tended or a bug.
