# Why my glorys still not get fixed

My 30000 glorys were reduced to 10000 last monday, and not fixed yet.  
I sent several message by [CONTACT US] but somehow never got respond.  
Does anyone have the same problem?

No. If you actually filed a help ticket correctly they should have resolved the issue. Mine was fixed very quickly after I submitted my ticked for the same problem.
