# Why do I get this when i am not using global chat

**What you were expecting to happen, and what actually happened?**  
Random You’ve been disconnected to Global Chat (But I am not connected)  
It happens so frequently I have no idea why.

**What are the steps to make it happen again?**  
The only thing I can think of is I have myself set to none for global chat

I’ve tried but it’s a streamer that happens on the top of the playing screen.
