Doesn’t matter. You can repeat any challenge over and over. Only the questlines lock out once you’ve completed them.

If you don’t mind spending a bit of gold, casual PVP is good for any of the “Kill X Things” events. Scout for snotstones, refresh if you don’t get any, rinse and repeat. 200 gold per round worst case, but I didn’t go through more than 2 or 3 refreshes before I’d hit something. You make up the gold easy enough and it’s faster than hoping you hit them in Ranked (where it costs a gem to refresh) or explore.
