I received this message from support: Hello, Welcome to Gems of War Support! I’m Jeto and I’ll be helping you today. You can delete any threads or comments within a thread you have created by clicking on the little wrench icon within it and selecting ‘Delete Topic’. I’ll tentatively mark this ticket as “closed”. Jeto (she/they) Player Experience Agent I cannot for the life of me find a wrench icon in the first post of a thread to be able to delete it. Later posts have three dots and then a trash can…but not the first post. Does anyone know where this wrench icon is? ---

Undoubtedly the UI is different for moderators… For us standard users, there is the “pencil” icon to edit your post with, but next to it will be a “…” icon. Click that and a Delete button should appear as a trashcan icon (which highlights red on hover). ---

That is what I said - all posts have the three dots and that trash can. Except the first initial post in a thread. So one cannot delete the thread. I asked moderators to help me delete but they are saying I should be able to see this wrench myself? There is no wrench. ---

And there is no wrench icon. How can a player delete a thread? ---

You have to be a “regular” role or above to delete your own thread. ---

I see - so I cannot delete it then. Contacted support via a ticket too and still waiting for help with this. ---

If you flag your thread and leave a note about why it’s flagged we handle thread deletion requests that way. ---
