# What’s wrong with global chat?

I have not been able to use global chat for months. Why?

I haven’t been playing much recently, but I just checked and Global Chat is working fine for me.

Have you checked that you’re connected to Global Chat in your Settings? If that’s not the issue, there might be something wrong with your account so I would [contact Support](https://gemsofwar.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new).
