# What is the gnome event?

I’ve seen a couple of references to a gnome event happening this weekend, but I don’t see it when playing on mobile? What is it, and should I be able to participate?

Just play any non-guild wars battle. They have double the normal rate for Treasure Gnomes to randomly appear, replacing one of the normal troops for that battle, along with a massively increased chance for the Gnome to drop a Vault Key.

I’d like an actual gnome pet that increases the frequency of gnome encounters. Call him ET Phone Gnome.
