Really hard to get troops mostly of the legendary variety.

They are used to acquire the 3rd Trait on Epic and Legendary Troops.

@LeechMc, They are the only Arcanes on the game considered to be Legendary. Legendary (base) troops require two Celestials, while epics require one to trait.
