# What determines a creatures stats?

I know that creatures are boosted by getting your kingdoms to 10. I also know that they get boosts from other creatures of the same race or the same kingdom.

Apparently like colored troops give spell casting mastery.

What other things boost stats on creatures?

Troop stats are affected by:

- Troop level
- Ascensions
- Team bonuses (same type, same kingdom)
- Kingdoms at level 10
- Kingdom power level (5 gold stars)
- Some types of traits (Leader, Blessed, {type} Bond, {color} Spirit, etc.)
- Enemy troops stats can also be affected by the difficulty you set. This should not work in ranked PvP.
