**What you were expecting to happen, and what actually happened:**
I have completed all tiers in the Special Weekly Goal and obtained the Ten of Wands card but the achievement has not unlocked. Progress is showing as 60% complete.
**How often does this happen? When did it begin happening?**

Additionally, the following achievements are all now either broken or unachievable:
The Other Side of Dawn - Unachievable
Sentinel Prime - Unachievable
Olympus Has Fallen - Unachievable
Defender - Broken
Kingdom Crusher - Broken
Open the Gates - Unachievable
Wither & Decay - Unachievable

Mine has also not unlocked (Xbox) with all my tiers complete but my achievement is stuck at showing 96% complete.
