All rewards, ranking, scores, etc, were tracked correctly in your data, so no one should have missed any rewards or scoring from this. - [https://community.gemsofwar.com/t/reported-guild-wars-loses-track-of-matched-guilds](https://community.gemsofwar.com/t/reported-guild-wars-loses-track-of-matched-guilds) - _Believe it was also mentioned in the patch notes and around in various threads_ **GW Medallion unavailable for SONY players** Unfortunately, as this issue was caused by how the offer was set up in the SONY store, which is handled outside of the IP2 team and involved contacting SONY themselves. Which is why this issue was unable to be resolved before Guild Wars ended. Nothing within the Pass is exclusive, so the Tokens for the Season Troop will be available in chests later. - [https://community.gemsofwar.com/t/reported-unable-to-buy-gw-medallion-on-ps5](https://community.gemsofwar.com/t/reported-unable-to-buy-gw-medallion-on-ps5) **Fighting a Guild multiple times during Guild Wars** Mentioned in this thread, but just in case, there are some further updates that need to be made to the matchmaking to prevent instances where someone is matched against someone twice. If this is something you do, for now till it is resolved, please try to shut down your XBOX completely or at least Gems of War between playing. This includes not just having GOW closed but available for quick launch. If you get this error:0 message, you can just click through it for now and resume playing. **Guild leader cannot kick players** Had a couple of reports about this, so thought to include it. I have had some players mention this resolves after a couple of days. It’s in the PvP Season article and mentioned in the PvP Shop, also working on getting the Season Ending news to call it out as well! But in the meantime, remind your mates, so they don’t reach out thinking they are missing Icons! Also, I will be sharing a big blog soon to finally share an update on our support system moving from IP2 and Zendesk to 505 and Freshdesk. Hold all questions on this, till the blog is released.
