When did it begin happening? Today was the third time it happened in the past couple of weeks. \*\*Steps to make it happen again: Every time I win the Vault battle. I thought it was the team I was using, but tried a different team and it still happened. ---

Youch, and been there. Did you repick in pvp before getting error? Staff have log of your activity, will refund the key almost certain. ---

Hi @irsaldana I’m sorry you encountered CLIFFY! ☹ Please check your in-game mail. Generally speaking, the main cause of this issue (Cliffy error at the end of Vault battles specifically) should be fixed in the next update, 4.1.
