# Vault diamonds reward not given

I am playing on mobile using iOS. I just used my vault key and as a reward it stated 50 diamonds. On checking my diamond count it has not changed. I think this is the second time this has occurred ( unsure of diamond count first time) . I checked my diamond count earlier so I Knew how many I had. Can you please check this thank you

Hey Duskraider,

I’ve checked the logs of your account and I can see that your Diamond count when from diamond: 3,827 → 3,877 +50 after the Vault Battle. I can’t see any other Diamond deductions after this so it doesn’t look like they went missing. Are you sure you’re not thinking of Gems? I can relay your Gem count amounts in PM to you around the time of this battle if you like.
