# Upgrade offer and notification not populating

Xbox one  
(This is on my second account: kanyesurfer\_drmp)

**What you were expecting to happen, and what actually happened:**

I expected to see an upgrade offer (as well as notifications in guild and global chats) after unlocking The Possessed King with event keys.

**How often does this happen? When did it begin happening?**

Started today. Offers have been popping slowly for about 2 weeks, but this is the first total miss, which coincided with non-notification of the find in chats .

**Steps to make it happen again**

If you’d like to have my next chest be a mythic, I’d be okay with testing it. I’d like High King Irongut to be the tester 😛
