Not sure how accurate the info is, but another player messaged me that thereās a chance the bug wonāt get fixed for a while because [the devs] āThey back on 3rd Jan 2024ā
Hopefully someone on staff will still be checking in to monitor thingsā¦ this is going to create a huge mess

Iāve seen on some dc server that players got a refund of 100 gems for their ban in the last few days

I got a automated response saying there office was on abreak, but it does say there is a skeleton crew activeā¦ my guess is we should all be reinstated by Monday/Tuesday hopefullyā¦

Theyāll have to reward us with a helluva lot more than just 100 gems for this (theyāve given all players that much multiple times in the past just for very minor bugs)ā¦ even the loss of Guild Trophies is making a mess of Guild rankings
Iāve also messaged them through their Facebook messaging. Just bad timing with the holiday breaks and all, but hopefully someone on staff will be checking in as they set the new week of events at the end of the weekend

Ticked send, no reply so far. DonĀ“t give a #/# about 100 gems as compensation. They need ti fix this right now and donĀ“t keep people waiting, it doesnĀ“t only affct the banned players, but their guilds too š”

This is already a huge mess. If you canāt complete tasks in your guild, and have trophies deducted your guild is already cooked. Game over.
And letās say they fix things how is that gonna bring back time lost for tasks not being achieved. Some might not care but I do need troops, gems, keys, etc. š
What weāre gonna get in return? I donāt think anything worth enough. Already things canāt get done.

In the past, I have seen them give everyone missed troops, etc. which were only available during the bug period, or that might not have been completed because of bugsā¦ Thereās no perfect solution or remedy, but hopefully theyāll extend most of the challenges, and absolutely need to return the removed Guild trophiesā¦
Hopefully not too many players will simply give up thinking someone on their Guild screwed them over [if they arenāt aware of this āBanning Bugā] ā but if remedies for the damage done to the Guild and members isnāt provided, then I think many may just walk away (will feel pointless having built up a Guild for so many years only to have it ruined by such a bizarre mass Banning Bug

But my family are counting on me to collect enough Gold and Gems to cash them in at Walmart for Xmas shoppingā¦ I mean, we are winning real gold in the game, right?

Especially for todays adventure board reward on Switch (Tannenbaum release)
But plz dont get mad at me. Iām just tryin to investigate the reason for this sudden ban storm. š
And Iām not sayin that 100 gems would be enough as compensation in that case
It was just what I have seen happened to other players who got banned these days

This is what I found out:
Kris Krinkle was encountered in explore, heroic gems were created (and likely also triggered but no 100% certainty), he did not cast his spell.
