# UI Display Issues

**What you were expecting to happen, and what actually happened?**  
The UI has gotten a little wierd today. My activity vs chat button on the Chat Guild window is missing. Also when I collect from cities the numbers don’t fit in the UI box at the bottom. Heck the UI box doesn’t fit in the UI box at the bottom.

I am on an iPad Air 2 if that helps at all.

**What are the steps to make it happen again?**  
The guild chat window UI problem occurs each time I open the window. The resource collection UI problem has happened each time I collect my gold + kingdom resources

**Do you have any screenshots or video you want to share with us so we can see the problem? Attach them to your post!**  
I will see if I can edit in some pictures from the iPad.

So generic suggestion: Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app?

iOS Cloud should remember you hero so you won’t lose any progress, but if you want to make double sure I suggest linking your account up (if you haven’t already).

If you still have the issue after reinstalling, I’d email our support team.

Uninstall and reinstall seems to have corrected the issue. I was having a similar issue on the troops window as well, the buttons across the top were not there. Chat and troops buttons are now restored, I expect the gold collection screen will be as well once I have the opportunity.
