# Troop Traits not working

**Platform, device version and operating system:**  
Platform: Mobile  
Device: Samsung S20+  
OS: Android 11

**Screenshot or image:**

**What you were expecting to happen, and what actually happened:**  
When in a battle, troop traits rarely activate (i.e. Beetrix 4+ match cleanse, Ironhawk damage on spell cast, etc.). Doesn’t seem to happen in PvP battles.

**How often does this happen? When did it begin happening?**  
Happens every battle (except PvP), traits will only activate in ~1/10 scenarios where they should if at all. Issue started today - 10/25/2021. Restarting application did not fix issue.

**Steps to make it happen again**  
Unknown. Start adventure or explore battle?

Hey hey!

I’ve looked into this and tested it on my side and haven’t been able to reproduce this issue.

Are you able to please provide a video of what your experiencing, just so we can get a better idea of what might be happening.

I have a picture before and after a spell cast (for ironhawk’s ability)

Oh, my bad. It definitely did happen the first 2 times I opened the game, I guess I just convinced myself it was still happening. Sorry for wasting anyone’s time.
