# Troop pack for knight coronet - got tank bot instead?

I opened a ticket but I just bought weekly troop pack and was supposed to get 26 knight coronet but got 6 tank bot.

Unfortunately it seems you’ve got quite bad timing here - we just pushed out a fix for this. If you restart your game, the pack will now reward the correct troops. If you submit a ticket to our [support team](https://gemsofwar.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new), they’ll get you fixed up with the correct troops 🙂

I submitted a ticket for this about 20 minutes ago. Thank you. Hopefully it gets resolved quickly. I’m itching to power that knight up!

tickets get resolved really fast in my experience fast being within 12 hours.

some games you would be waiting 3-7 days
