# \[Ticket submitted\] Freezing when kicking a guild member

**Platform, device version and operating system:**  
PC windows 10 pro and also on Android ( this happens on both devices )

**What you were expecting to happen, and what actually happened:**  
To be able to kick an inactive guild member. When I go to kick a guild member the screen goes to a loading screen and then ’ unable to read data ’ appears

**How often does this happen? When did it begin happening?**  
Every time I try to kick a member. After this update

**Steps to make it happen again**  
It will always happen on both devices that when going to kick a guild member loading screen appears and then states ’ unable to read data ’
