Thanks for the reply Sirrian, it’s nice to know that things are scheduled to be checked, and letting us know about it surely has a good effect on people’s doubts and concerns. Hopefully you understand as there is a lot of expectations from us about new things to be better and improved. 🙂 It’s understandable that sometimes there is no relevant progress to be (or that can be) shared, but some little talk like this is always welcome for all of us. If sirrian could tell us what is the max points we can get for 1 fight, it would be easy to know if some person are cheating or exploiting a glich ---

only 2 fight, it’s not enough to make any conclusion, maybe if he show us a full page of 62 Also im pretty sure he is not level 1000+ cause i never saw more then 54 and trust me i play way more then average player ---

Bear in mind, not only would that person in my screenshot have to be getting the maximum per match, which may be possible, but I would have to be getting the MINIMUM per match and I can assure you that’s not the case. It’s not about the point totals themselves, it’s about the massive gulf (nearly 40%) differential between us. ---

A secondary issue here, one of which I’m sure @Sirrian is aware, is there shouldn’t be that much of difference between being in a high level guild and a low level guild. As Sirrian himself admitted in the Guild Wars Sneak Peek, a couple of attribute points here and there aren’t the difference between a win and a loss so they sure as shooting shouldn’t be worth a 40% increase in PVP ranking. The PVP system values higher attributes, higher levels, and more traits but none of those things actually contribute significantly to difficulty nor do they translate into wins and losses. It _MIGHT_ translate into longer matches, which leads me to this: PVP ultimately comes down to one thing - time spent. By him having 40% more PVP points than me, it implies that he’s either spent 40% more time playing than me (which is not true given we have the same number of matches) or it suggests that his playing time is 40% more valuable than mine, which given the state of the current AI is just silly.
