I tried to announce the new troop in the guild Chat and i can’t type mimic cause it was censored, since french is my first language i was wondering if mimic was something explicit or what? ---

mimic is not explicit, bizarre censorship. My best guess, although a stretch, is that “mic” is censored to discourage users from asking if others have a microphone and to go into chat or something, although that seems innocent enough and would hope the devs don’t feel the need to baby us in that regard. ---

It might not be the Dev’s choice… > [@Chat filter is too strict](http://community.gemsofwar.com/t/chat-filter-is-too-strict/17612/2): > > Actually the profanity filter was required by Microsoft and Sony for chat. Unfortunately it means that we are unable to relax the profanity filter in chat. ---
