This was extensively debated, tested, and proven to be the case (not by me). The Console Devs are fully aware of this issue and promised to patch it with the next update. Its not worth debating. ---

Still doesn’t dispute the fact that opponent’s identical Troops have lower stats than mine in PvP. ---
